Session 2 - Different ways of presenting information

There are many different ways of presenting information and we discussed reports, blogs, powerpoint as some examples.

The students read a handout about report writing from a book by Mary Gosling and Elizabeth Hopgood published in 1998 by Doc Matrix in Canberra called Learn About Information but most of this session was centred around learning about and creating blogs.

Students all created their own blogs and you can view examples by clicking on the following links. Bear in mind that there has been a bit of activity on the blogs since this session which was held some weeks ago now.
We also looked at a fabulous website by Alan Levine which provides an annotated list of 50 different ways to tell a story online. You can look at the site by clicking on this link
